Choose a playmat PDF
The A4×2 file has no overlap or trim marks. If borderless A4 printing is unavailable, use the A3 version.
You can print on A3 paper
A3 · one sheet
Print the single sheet at “Actual Size” / 100%.
You only have A4, with borderless printing
A4×2 · two sheets
Print two landscape sheets at 100%, then join their long edges.
Then print Life Tokens at the matching scale
Use 100% (30mm) for full-size B3, or 84% (about 25mm) for the A3/A4×2 mat.
Match the token scale to the mat
Choose the mat first, then use the matching token setting.
Playmat (linear scale)
Print the A3/A4×2 PDFs at 100%. The finished mat is about 84% of full-size B3.

- The full-size playmat is B3 (353×500mm). The A3 and A4×2 versions are about 84% of that size.
- The A4×2 PDF has no overlap or trim marks, so use borderless A4 printing. If that is unavailable, use the A3 version.
- Match the tokens to the mat: print at 84% (about 25mm) for the A3/A4×2 mat, or at "Actual Size" / 100% (30mm) for the full-size B3 mat.
- Do not use "Fit to Page." Cut the tokens on the thin inner magenta circle.
Playmat (A3, 1 sheet)
Print on a single A3 sheet at "Actual Size" / 100%. The result is about 84% of the full-size B3 playmat.
Playmat (A4 × 2 sheets)
Use a borderless-capable printer to print two landscape A4 sheets at "Actual Size" / 100%, then tape their long edges together. This PDF has no overlap or trim marks; if borderless A4 printing is unavailable, use the A3 version. The assembled mat is the same ~84% scale as the A3 version.
Life Tokens (A4, 1 sheet)
One A4 sheet contains 8 tokens (4 red, 4 blue). Print at 100% for the full-size B3 playmat (30mm), or at a custom 84% scale for the A3 or A4×2 mat (about 25mm). Cut each token on the thin inner magenta circle; the colored area outside it is bleed. Coins or other small markers also work.
