Otori—a Noma who loves battle, one of the "three foolish disciples" under master Saimet. He knows Milsa, Kikusa, and Yusa, having looked after them as disciples for a time.

オトリは戦を愛するノーマなり。サイメットを師と仰ぐ三馬鹿弟子の一人。ミルサ、キクサ、ユーサとは面識があり、一時期弟子として面倒を見ていたという。
