About this character

Beet, the operator who carries within his mind the addresses of every distant galaxy. Swift deliveries owe their speed to his knowledge of the shortest routes through the stars—experience, the cruelest and truest teacher. Yet his limbs move with languid slowness, even as his driving hand knows only reckless haste.
